CSI's rebuilt centrifuges are the core of our business. We feel they are the most dependable and of the highest quality of any centrifuge available. Our customers are continually satisfied with both the quality and workmanship of our equipment.

CSI's dryer rebuild procedure illustrates why customers prefer our rebuilds. We start with a used dryer in good condition. The dryer and drive assembly are completely disassembled. Wear items such as bearings, seals, gaskets, and o-rings are replaced. Remaining components are thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Any component that fails to meet our strict specifications is discarded and replaced. The dryer is reassembled and run tested for a minimum of 16 hours. During this test run the unit is repeatedly checked for proper operation and performance. Once all tests are satisfactorily completed, the dryer is painted and readied for shipment.
